Cold and flu season is upon us!
Technically, cold and flu season is October – May, & that is pretty much all year. You can strengthen your immune system by eating healthy and exercising regularly. Or, you can take your fight against sickness to another level by juicing! Cold press juicing is one of our favorite things to do in our home.
I recommend a cold press juicer over a normal juicer because the cold press juicer has a slower motor so you’ll get more of the nutrients. Whereas a normal juicer has a fast motor and burns the nutrients. Here is the juicer we have and it works well.

- 4 apples
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 stocks of kale
- 3 stalks of celery
- 4 lemons
- half-dollar size of ginger
