Full Day of Eating {FDOE}

If you follow me on Snapchat then you know today was dedicated to sharing my meals for the day. To give you a little bit of a background on my healthy eating habits, it’s helpful to know that I practice eating intuitively. That means I eat when I am hungry and I stop when I am full.

I found this to be the most realistic approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for my lifestyle. When I first started my health and fitness journey, about three years ago, I was overwhelmed with the idea of counting calories. Over the years, I adapted to an intuitive eating habit. I reach for meals that are clean and healthy with an occasional cheat meal {more info on cheat meals here}. I also don’t buy foods that I know that are bad for me because challenging my self-discipline can be setting myself up for failure.

Here is the link to my YouTube video with my complete full day of eating! Be sure to add your YouTube channel below so I can follow you too 🙂

Keep it healthy,
Jenn

  1. This is awesome… and so true. I’ve been on my journey for 8 years. I’ve implemented eating the same way you mention… basically it’s teaching your body new, healthy habits. I think this approach is what’s allowed me to stay successful. I never felt deprived or had the need to go off the wagon and binge. I knew all foods were available to me, I just made choices to eat healthy ones the majority of time while factoring in occasional treats =) Great blog!
