Hey, I’m on YouTube!

My goal with my YouTube channel is to help someone with a tip that will supplement their health, fitness, and wellness journey. I’m on a mission to provide someone with at least one health tip, fitness routine or wellness fact. You see, living healthy is such an accomplishment and I want everyone to feel as good as healthy feels.

There are misconceptions of living a healthy lifestyle that I want people to be aware of. These misconceptions often make living a healthy lifestyle unrealistic. One of the big misconceptions of living a healthy lifestyle is that you have to eliminate any and all bad food. Just because someone is healthy doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy unhealthy foods. Like I’ve said before, drink a beer and eat a salad.

Once you find food balance {aka: enjoy amazing foods} then you’re set.  …but that sort of discipline doesn’t happen overnight. I will share with you the steps I take to build a foundation of discipline with meals / foods. I hope that the tips and advice that I offer you will help make living healthy easier.
