Home Gym Setup!

I’ve mentioned before that I love to exercise from home {click here for that blog post}. Exercising from home is super time efficient for me. The gym I go to {I still have a membership there} is about 15 minutes away {which isn’t far but not fun during prime time gym hour}.

The reason why I *sometimes* avoid going to the gym has mostly to do with my schedule. I work full-time, Monday – Friday, from 7:30a – 4:00p. By the time I get off of work and head to the gym, it’s prime time. It’s surprisingly busy even if I go to the gym early in the morning {I’m very familiar with the 5a gym sessions}. The gym is totally packed and a lot of equipment is being used. So, I just find that exercising from home is better for me during the week.

Realistically, the only thing you need to exercise from home is a pair of sneakers but the equipment keeps it fun ;).

  1. That’s awesome! I work at a gym so I’m lucky that I work *during the peak hours, so then I’ll get in my workout at like 2pm, but on my days off it’s definitely harder to go in, since it’s 30 minutes away on the subway. We’re definitely hoping to get some more home gym equipment.
