Full Day of Eating {FDOE}

Looking for some healthy meal ideas? I’ve got a full day of eating vlog for you!

I like to share with people what I eat and hope they get a new idea for a healthy meal {or maybe two new ideas}. A handful of people ask if I am a vegan or if I am on a ‘diet’ and I tell them that I eat intuitively. Now, there are some ‘habits’ {there’s actually a science to it and books about it} of eating intuitively but here’s the way I do it:

  • Choose healthy meals when I am hungry
  • Mindfully give my body fuel
  • Don’t over eat
  • Minimize fast food / processed food
  • Aware of bad ingredients

I started to count my macros shortly after recording this video. However, the meals have been the same for both styles of ‘dieting’. {So, these foods are ‘macro’ friendly.} Fun fact: if it fits your macros is another style of ‘dieting’.

    2 questions-
    1. How good an idea is it to have cheese in your diet? It’s got protein, yes, but it’s also got a fair amount of fat.

    2. What’s the function that amino acid supplements perform?
