Fit Fun + Healthy Grocery List

One of the big reasons why I started to pay more attention to my body and health is because of the fitspiration from one of my roommates in college, Jerrica Batting. Jerrica started her health and fitness journey a few years ago and seeing her transform and gain a wealth of knowledge over the years has been inspiring.

Another note to add about the beginning stages of my health and fitness journey is feeling overwhelmed at the grocery store. I realized over the course of my journey that I need to make a list and have a plan for the meals I want to cook over the next few days. You’ll see the list below there are a few ‘unhealthy’ items but I have healthier plans for them. I grocery shop at Walmart for the good prices. Walmart is the cheapest and they even compare your receipt to competitors and will ‘give you money back’ if the item is cheaper at a competitor. Make sure you sign up for Savings Catcher {click here to learn more} if you shop at Walmart.
