Life Update + Biceps Workout

Ah, yes, a life update. Life has been crazy, y’all. So busy, chaotic, and nuts. It’s all good though because life would be boring without all the crazy business. I started a new series on YouTube titled Work Smarter, Not Harder. It’s designed to give you tips on how to achieve your fitness and health goals by working smarter and not harder. Let me just tell you, I’ve done all the hard work for ya ;).

In the video below, I go over how I make my cream of wheat {moment of silence for deliciousness},  an intense biceps routine, a pre-moving in-home tour and a life update. I recorded this video using my iPhone because I’m still waiting on purchasing another GoPro. I killed our last GoPro while shark diving with a ‘waterproof GoPro housing’, which was not water proof {grrr}.

I mentioned in another blog post, Can You Spot Train Muscles?, that I am always building my biceps. It’s just one of those muscle groups that develops slower than my other muscles. Which is why I focus on isolating biceps at least once a week. The video footage also has voice-over tips, which was a new editing milestone for me {yay}.
